There is no secret to what we do or how we do it. Our aim is to provide you with a bespoke security package to entirely suit your needs and to do this we operate a 5 – step process. It is important to us to be open with not only our clients but with other facilities management providers too. This helps to raise standards of the whole industry. We will communicate with you fully, every step of the way.
An experienced contract manager will visit your site to discuss with you your requirements and undertake a survey of your site. We will speak to your key on-site employees to establish any further needs. From this, we will prepare a site plan and proposal.
Our contract manager will then prepare a written proposal for you. The proposal will include operational requirements -incorporating man power and level of risk, on-site and contractual management team – including all points of contact within Pro2guard Security, our Service Level Agreement, performance monitoring procedures, details of any equipment required, policies and procedures and itemised costings.
At this stage we discuss with you our proposal and confirm all the details. We will answer any questions you have with regards to the proposal and make any necessary changes. Based upon the agreed details contained within the proposal, we will finalise and sign a contract.
We will design a set of procedures specific to your site and undertake the Site Assessment – including risk assessment, staff familiarisation with the proposal and prepare detailed site instructions which form the basis of employee training. We will procure any required equipment and select the staff for the contract – to include staff schedules and on-site training.
Service and Performance Monitoring
So that we always maintain quality of service, we continually monitor our staff performance. Weekly site visit are undertaken by your dedicated contract manager to ensure that you always receive the highest possible service and discuss any queries you may have. Your contract manager is also available for you to contact 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
We will ask you to complete quarterly performance indictors, where you can score the level of service you are receiving from both our operations team and management. We use the data collected to improve our services to our Clients.
