We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time and Part Time Retail Security Officer’s with immediate start to work with one of our prestigious clients within the city centre of Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a safe and secure shopping experience for customers
- To be a visible presence on the Client’s shop floor at all times
- To provide a safe and secure workplace for all staff
- To be able to deliver first class customer service
- To have the a ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent observational skills

- Smart, presentable appearance
- Efficient, organised and self-motivated
- The ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team
- Honest and trustworthy
- Flexible and positive, with practical implementation skills
- Punctual and excellent timekeeping
- Excellent written English and communication skills
Essential:
- Must have a valid SIA Security Guarding (frontline) or Door Supervision (frontline) License
- Experience in either the Retail / Corporate / Door supervision security sectors
- 5 year checkable work history
